### Fiyatlar neden sitede yazmıyor, fiyatı nasıl öğrenebilirim?
Tor Thermal'de tek bir fiyat yok; bu yüzden siteye tek bir rakam yazmak doğru olmazdı. Ödeyeceğiniz tutar dört şeye göre değişir: dairenin tipi, bulunduğu kat ve konumu, seçtiğiniz kullanım dönemi ve ödemeyi peşin mi yoksa taksitli mi yapacağınız. Bu dördü farklı birleştiğinde tutar da farklılaşır; tek bir rakam yayımlamak, kendi seçimlerinize uymayan bir beklenti oluştururdu. Bunun yerine size özel bir teklif hazırlıyoruz. Formu doldurup tercihlerinizi bırakırsınız; satış danışmanınız size uygun daire ve dönem seçeneklerini, ödeme planını ve satış bedeline ek kalemleri (tapu harcı ve masrafları ile yıllık aidat) yazılı olarak paylaşır. ### What does a title-deed timeshare mean?
A timeshare is an ownership model in which you hold the right to use an apartment during a specific period of the year. At Tor Thermal this right is registered on the title deed, in your name.

### Why are prices not published on the site, and how do I get one?
There is no single price at Tor Thermal, which is why putting one number on the site would be misleading. What you pay turns on four things: the type of home, the floor it sits on and its position in the project, the usage period you choose, and whether you pay outright or over instalments. Combine those four differently and you get a different figure, so publishing one number would set an expectation that does not match your own choices. Instead we prepare a quotation for you. You leave your preferences on the form; your sales advisor then shares, in writing, the homes and periods that suit you, the payment plan, and the items that come on top of the sale price (the land-register transfer fee with its associated charges, plus the annual service charge). Because the quotation is itemised, you can compare it against other options and take your time deciding.

### When can I use the apartment?
From handover onwards, you use your apartment every year during the period you purchased. Period options and the dates they cover are shared in writing by your advisor before purchase.

### Are there costs in addition to the sale price?
In addition to the current sale price, 4% of the assessed market value is paid for the title-deed fee and other title-deed costs. Annual dues are also in addition to the sale price; their scope is provided in writing before the contract.

### How can I pay?
You can pay upfront, or pay a 15% down payment and the rest in instalments for up to 36 months. Your advisor shares the current campaign terms.

### How many people can stay in an apartment?
The maximum capacity of each apartment type is shown on its page: up to 4 people for 1+1 types, 6 for 2+1, 8 for 3+1 and 10 for the 4+1 villa. Terms of use are set out in the contract.

### How does the purchase process work?
You share your preferences; your advisor sends apartment and period options that fit you, together with a payment plan. Once you decide, the contract and title-deed steps are completed with your advisor.

### Is Tor Thermal a hotel?
No. Tor Thermal is a thermal and wellness living project in Armutlu, Yalova, offered under the title-deed timeshare model. In a hotel you pay for each stay; at Tor Thermal, the share for a specific usage period of an apartment is registered on the title deed in your name, and you use your apartment during that period every year.

### When will the project be delivered?
The planned handover date is May 2029. Your advisor confirms the project's current stage and the exact delivery schedule in writing during the purchase process.
