15% of the sale price is paid as a down payment. You can also pay the full amount upfront.

A timeshare is an ownership model in which you hold the right to use an apartment during a specific period of the year. At Tor Thermal this right is registered on the title deed, in your name.
There is no single price at Tor Thermal, which is why putting one number on the site would be misleading. What you pay turns on four things: the type of home, the floor it sits on and its position in the project, the usage period you choose, and whether you pay outright or over instalments. Combine those four differently and you get a different figure, so publishing one number would set an expectation that does not match your own choices. Instead we prepare a quotation for you. You leave your preferences on the form; your sales advisor then shares, in writing, the homes and periods that suit you, the payment plan, and the items that come on top of the sale price (the land-register transfer fee with its associated charges, plus the annual service charge). Because the quotation is itemised, you can compare it against other options and take your time deciding.
From handover onwards, you use your apartment every year during the period you purchased. Period options and the dates they cover are shared in writing by your advisor before purchase.

In a hotel you pay for each stay; at Tor Thermal, the share for a specific usage period of an apartment is registered on the title deed in your name, and you use your apartment during that period every year.
